Robert Schwarz is the Founder and President of the Inclusive Sports Network, dedicated to advancing disability inclusion in youth sports. He is a highly experienced inclusive sports coach and organizational leader with over 30 years of hands-on coaching experience working with children with and without disabilities. An accomplished small business owner with 50 years of entrepreneurial leadership, employing and managing a team of 25 staff members, Robert is also a recognized lecturer and trainer specializing in disability inclusion, parent education, and coach development.

Sahar is a dedicated international professional with over 20 years of experience in cultural heritage legislation, conference management, and inclusive sports leadership. A passionate advocate for inclusive sports initiatives, motivated by personal experience as the mother of a nonverbal autistic child, she is committed to ensuring that all children, regardless of ability, have access to meaningful and inclusive sports experiences.

Erin Kelly has over 20 years of experience in international relations, program management, and inclusive sports coaching. She is a devoted advocate for giving all children an opportunity to enjoy and participate in sports and teaches others best practices in inclusive sports coaching.

Ivan is a passionate advocate for inclusion and is dedicated to making sports activities accessible to all children. With hands-on experience working with kids with disabilities, he brings empathy, creativity, and adaptability to every session. In addition to his work in inclusive sports, Ivan leads musical activities, using rhythm and sound to engage and inspire children in a playful and meaningful way—earning him the nickname " DJ.” Fluent in French, German and English, and having a fair knowledge of Japanese, Ivan connects easily with diverse communities and creates a welcoming environment for every child.
